Q: How much is delivery?
A: Delivery is a flat rate of $10.
Q: What about breakages?
A: We take great care in packaging and sending our Home Decor items, but breakages can still occur. We will replace any order that turns up damaged if the following steps are taken:
1. If a product is broken please let us know within 7 days of purchase by emailing us or calling us.
2. You must provide photo evidence of the breakage within 7 days of purchase.
We will then send a replacement item at no extra cost.
Our priority is that our customers receive their orders as soon as possible! Once we receive payment your items are wrapped immediately and added to the next delivery schedule.
We ship Australia Wide using Australia Express Post – we ask that you allow 1-3 days before receiving your delivery.
All orders will receive a $10 shipping charge.
We do ship worldwide. For all INTERNATIONAL ORDERS please email your order to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will get back to you as separate shipping chargers will apply and are based on the value of your order.
All payments are made via PAYPAL where you can pay with a wide range of credit cards (you don’t need a PayPal account to pay). PayPal allows secure payment from your bank account or PayPal credit.
You can also opt to pay using your credit card. Orders must include current, valid credit card information. By submitting an order to purchase products through the Web Store, you authorize Merchant and PayPal to charge to the credit card identified in your order, the price for all products purchased in the order, plus all applicable shipping and handling charges.
If purchasing internationally your credit card company will automatically change payment from your own currency at your banks exchange rate.
When you place an order with Dimonds Gallery your personal information and credit card information are safe. Shopify who are hosting the store makes sure that all data is safe and secure. PayPal also gives you protection for your purchases. Dimonds Gallery do not store your credit card details.
You are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. However, if you already have a PayPal account, you may use it as your payment method.
